Fall is harvest time in the Valley and it’s also release time for our 2006 Regusci Zinfandel. Although we will be busy gathering the fruit from this year’s crop, we will pause to celebrate the release of our latest vintage of old vine zinfandel and we hope you can join us.
Using fruit from vines that are over one hundred years old, the 2006 Regusci Zinfandel continues the tradition of prior vintages and is a big, lush, concentrated wine with rich cherry, mocha and spice laden aromatics, all bound within a soft, smooth and weighty feel on the palate.
Please join us and be the first to taste the 2006 vintage, along with vertical flights of previous vintages and barrel samples of wines in the making. We will also have our 2006 vintage Napa Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot available for tasting.
The ranch will be closed to visitors and you will have the chance to mingle with other guests, sample the cuisine of Regusci’s very own Chef Jonesy (aka Graham Jones, the Welshman and wine raconteur extraordinaire) and dance to live music.
Three generations of our family will be on hand to share the rich history of our ranch with you, along with our winemaker, Charles Hendricks, who can answer your questions about our winemaking style.
